Orders Guideline

• You can order online from the website (If you would like to clarify some info before placing the order, please Viber 779 4040) Viber Customer Service Hours from 10 am - 05 pm (We may not be available during Meals Breaks, Prayer Times). 
• Our Daily Deals or Limited Time Offer Price are valid only for orders checkout from the website. If a customer would like to order through Viber has to pay the product regular price on the website. Pre-Order goods can be accepted in both online and Viber.
• Our Free delivery is entitled to order above MVR 200 (Delivery may not be possible on the same day)
• Free Delivery for Male’ Hulhumale Address and Boats at the Male’ Jetties (Customer to organize boats shall be presumed authorized to act as the recipient for the delivery)
• Our delivery team will deliver goods up-to the building's main entrance only.
• Damas Logistic will verify the delivery via phone call before the item is delivered. If you are unable to attend, we highly recommended that you nominate someone available as the recipient.
• We do not provide furniture assembling and installation services during the lockdown.
• We accept Direct Bank transfers and BML Online payment gateway.
• Free Delivery service is not available on Public holidays, so you can expect your orders to arrive on the next working day.
• We are only allowed to deliver goods that comply with the HPA Guideline. You will receive your order within 3 – 5 working days, however, please expect delays during this difficult situation.
