This User Agreement sets out our service policies which are incorporated with our FAQ and Privacy Policy. When you access and use our site and app you agree to comply with all of the above (collectively "Our Services"). Please read the following to learn about our service practices and information gathering.

We have an expanding base of consumers and corporate customers across the country ensuring availability and access to products and services that continue to enhance their businesses and personal lives. Damas Express is managed and operated by subsidiary company Skylink Private Limited, Male', Maldives.

Damas Express is designed for customers to shop with ease right from home. Damas Express strives to bring a wide range of quality products at the best price. It offers attractive daily deals and amazing discounts across wide array of life style products, household appliances and furniture. In addition, Damas Express offers pre-order for some popular items for sale before they are available in stores or before released to the market. We are committed to find the best items from the best sources and to deliver it to your doorstep. Customers have to place orders for these items in the same way as anything else on our website. The estimated dispatch date will be shown in the product details.

Damas Express accepts online card payments (Visa, MasterCard/Maestro and American Express Cards) via BML payment gateway. Damas Express ensures the security and safety of each online transaction and the delivery of goods. We want you to shop with confidence. We ensure that the products that are delivered to customers are exactly the same as specified. Damas Express aims to provide a first class online shopping experience to customers.


Delivery Options

We, Damas logistics team, handles most of the deliveries and has an excellent track record. The delivery time is determined by various factors including the kind of product, delivery demands (peak time) and convenience of the location. However, we always try our best to deliver goods as soon as possible. 

Free small package Delivery 

  • We provide same day delivery service for small items within Male’ City and Hulhumale’.
  • Free delivery hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The last order must be placed before 3pm to deliver on the same day. Any order received after 3pm will be processed on the following business day.
  • Free delivery service is not available on Fridays and government public holidays, so you can expect your orders to arrive on the next working day.
  • Damas Logistics will verify the delivery via a phone call to the specified phone number before the item is dispatched. If you are unable to attend, we highly recommend that you nominate someone who is available as a recipient.
  • Upon receiving the goods, please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of the delivery representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage, missing or incorrect pieces.
  • In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery.
  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Whoever signs for the delivery at the address shall be presumed authorized to act as recipient for the item. Damas logistics shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to a product once the delivery has been confirmed with a confirmed third-party signature. Damas Express will only provide exchanges for damaged or manufacturer defected items. 

Free furniture delivery and assembling

  • We offer special delivery arrangements for furniture and mattresses (large and heavy items); please discuss with our customer service employee before placing order.
  • Our logistics team will confirm delivery details in order to schedule delivery and assembling of furniture. Damas logistisc will attempt to remain inside the scheduled delivery as best as possible, however, weather conditions and unexpected delays may occur. If we missed the agreed delivery window, it may be rescheduled for a new delivery.
  • We provide free carpenter assistance service for furniture assembling. However, please note that we may not be able to provide carpenter assistance in regard to items which requires wall mounting. Free assembly service is available on selected products; please refer to item descriptions and delivery information before placing the order.
  • Please ensure a clear pathway for safe and damage free delivery and assembling.
  • Please provide blankets or cardboard in order to protect your tiled floor, carpet, wood floors. Our Logistics will not be responsible for any damage to floors or carpets etc. 
  • Damas assembling team will inspect all of your furniture with you to verify that it has been placed in your possession in good condition. Damas Express will only provide exchanges for damaged or manufacturer defected items. 

Delivery options for locations outside of Male’ City

  • Customer has to nominate someone as recipient (Passenger, Boat Captain / Crew) with a contact number.
  • Damas Logistic will verify the delivery via phone call to the recipient's phone number before the item is dispatched. If you are unable to attend, we highly recommended that you nominate someone who is available as a recipient.
  • Free Delivery to any specified Jetties in Male City / Hulhumale / Thilafushi.
  • All deliveries require a signature upon receiving. Recipient who signed shall be presumed authorized to act as a customer for the item. Damas logistics shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to a product once the delivery has been confirmed with a confirmed third-party signature. Damas Express will only provide exchanges for damaged or manufacturer defected items.

  • Any registered user of our online store has access to check order status; it allows customers to track the orders that have been made.

Pickup from Store

All the in-stock items ordered on Damas Express can be picked up at the Damas Express online store collection center / Damas retail outlets / Warehouse.

Here's how it works:

  • During checkout, choose Store Pickup and select Online Orders Collection Center.
  • We'll update status an estimated pickup date and time.
  • Place your order and wait to receive a call or SMS "Ready for pickup".
  • We'll hold your items at the store for 7 days. If you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order.

Bring the following documents for pickup in a store:

  • Shopping confirmation and Government-issued valid National Identity Card or copy of original Passport must be presented.
  • The Credit or Debit card used for the purchase.
  • Your order number.

Who can pick up your order?

  • You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To have your order picked up by someone else, you must provide the pickup person's name, e-mail address and phone number. Your pickup person will need to show his/her ID and the order number at the store.
Warehouse / Damas Outlet Pick up 
  • Some items like furniture, mattresses and other major appliances (large and heavy items) may be available for pickup at one of our local warehouses / Damas Outlet.

Bring the following documents for pickup in a warehouse:

  • Document issued by Damas Expres office (Online Orders Collection Center) must be presented.
  • Government-issued valid National Identity Card or copy of original Passport.

A few more things to know

  • There's no charge for Store Pickup.
  • Allow us extra time to pick up large items like furniture, mattress and other appliances.
  • Allow us extra time for Free Furniture Assembly (for Male' City & Hulhumale') 



Damas Express offers unbelievable pre-order prices for some popular items for sale before they are available in-stock or before released to the market. We are committed to finding the best items from the best sources. Customers have to place orders for these items in the same way as anything else on our website. The estimated dispatch date will be shown in the product details. Once your order arrives, it will be delivered to the address you have provided.

Estimated Dispatch Date/Time:

  • Please be aware that the products published for pre-order sale may not be available in Damas physical stores or the product may not be released to the local market. Please refer to product description for estimated dispatched date and time. Please be advised that unexpected delays may occur as it depends on international shipping or customs clearance. However, we always try our best to provide the estimates more accurately and to deliver goods as soon as we receive the stock. 

Place Order:

  • Customers have to place orders for pre-ordered items in the same way as anything else on Damas Express.
  • The best way to place a pre-order is by not combining in-stock and pre-order items together. Please consider separate orders.

Cancellations and refunds:

  • If you want to cancel your order after it is submitted, please contact us immediately with your order number.
  • Pre-orders may only be cancelled during the first 48 hours following the confirmation. If we have already confirmed the items or provided the service, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • In the event that you have paid by credit or debit card, the fees charged by the credit card service provider fee for the use of this payment method may be deducted from the refund. All the refunds will be credit to your account if you have paid by card.
  • If you have received damaged, wrong or missing piece(s) from an order, Damas Express will proceed with the replacement, refund or repair, if applicable, at no cost as soon as possible. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
  • You can contact us any time to know the status of your order or to ask any other question(s).

Return, Replace and Refund Policy

We aim to give you a hassle-free way to return your products whenever possible as long as they are unused, in perfect condition, in original packaging with all parts, accessories and all paperwork. We will replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate.

  • We accept defective returns / fault in materials and workmanship. Any returned goods will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of use or is not in the condition in which it was delivered. 
  • If you received defective items, you can choose whether you want the goods to be returned, repaired, replaced or refunded. If the attempt at a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you can then claim a refund or a price reduction, if you wish to keep the product.  Many products, such as electrical goods, are sold with a manufacturer's guarantee (or warranty), often for a year. Guarantees are a contract between you and the manufacturer stating the terms and conditions of the contract. Usually this will be to repair or replace a faulty item. 

Note: If the goods received are incorrect or significantly different from the product description, please return them without removing the cellophane wrapper. 

  • A: Return and get a full refund.
  • B: Replace or exchange with another item of the same product range. 

Please make sure you retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, if returning the goods. If the product received is damaged, please inform the delivery personnel immediately.

Our Website has stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Your Credit / Debit card payments are processed by BML Secure Payment Gateway. Damas Express do not collect or store any information regarding your Credit / Debit card. The Cardholder could retain a copy of payment transaction records as a proof of the online purchase from Damas Express.


The Damas Express Services are not available to minors under the age of eighteen (18). Any underage use will suspended or removed from the system by the Administrator of Damas Express for any reason whatsoever. You shall not have more than one active Account on the Website.

User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of the failure by you to protect your account information. Please do not share your username and password with anyone and keep your account details confidential at all times.

Pricing, Delivery and Warranty

Our default pricing is in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and you will be billed in this currency.  Your orders total will be displayed at the time of checkout. Our services are targeted to customers residing in the Maldives. We provide Free Delivery for Male’, Hulhumale Address, and Boats at the Male’ Jetties. We do not ship products to other countries. If a product is sold with a warranty, its terms will be clearly stated in the product description.

Product Availability

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible of product specifications, inventory on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that all the information published on the Site is free from errors. The Items are shown on our site that indicates a certain level of stock does not necessarily guarantee their availability. Because until we confirmed the order received, the product inventory shown on the Site is inclusive of all the unconfirmed orders received. We usually confirmed new orders during our normal working hours. In circumstances where the order cannot be fulfilled by damasexpress. We will cancel the order and organise a full refund to the customers. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you at the email or phone number provided during registration. If we cannot contact you, or if we do not receive a response to our e-mail, we will continue to process the remaining items in your order. You will not be charged for items not delivered to>
