Will I be asked to provide any card information, account information or passwords over phone or email?

No, Damas Express team will never request you to share any of your payment details, card information, and account information over email or over phone. In case you receive such a call, please inform us immediately by calling Our customer Service.

I have forgotten my password. How do I login to my account?

If you've forgotten your password, please click on 'Login' link on the top right hand side of the page. This will open a window where you will see a 'Forgot Password?' link. Provide your email address and contact number that you used to 'Sign Up' on Damas Express. We will send you an email on your registered email ID with instructions to get new password.

How do I change my password on Damas Express?

To change your password, login to 'My Account’. Click to ‘Change Password', Change your password by entering your current password and the new password.


My password is not working, how do I Sign- In?

Damas Express works well with all browsers. However, in rare cases if it doesn't work in a particular browser then you may try using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. If you are still not able to login, try to reset your password by using 'forget password?' If the problem still persists, call our Customer Service.

Does your site use a secure connection for sensitive information?

Our site uses SSL encryption to secure the communication of all sensitive information passing between your browser and our servers. Beginning with your checkout process till the payment, you will see "https" in the URL (like https://www.damasexpress.com/...) that indicates the use of SSL.

If Damas Express uses a secure connection then why do I see http:// instead of https:// in the URL on many pages?

We use https:// only for our secure pages, i.e. those pages that transfer confidential information such as the Login, My Account, and Checkout pages. Other Pages still use the regular http:// since no sensitive information is being passed through them.

I'm having issues using the website, what should I do?

We suggest that you have the latest version of your operating system provider e.g. Windows, OSX etc. If you’re still having problems, contact our Customer Care Team or send us an email including as much detail as you could. email: [email protected]

I'm having trouble logging into my account, what can I do?

You need to sign into your account before you can shop with us or if you want to see or track your orders. If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn't recognized, please contact our customer Service team or email to [email protected]

What is 'Wishlist'?

You're able to 'wishlist' items that you would like to buy later, so if you're browsing the Damas Express and aren't ready to buy anything straight away, you can add items to 'wishlist' to saved items list. Your ‘Wishlist’ is the best way to get to the items of your choice without searching for it again. Added items to your wishlist are not reserved for you and are available for other people to buy. Wishlist Items will not be reserved from stock until you have paid for them. If an item goes out of stock it will be shown as 'item is currently unavailable'.

If you have added favorite items to your wishlist, you will also receive notifications / alerts messages, when it is on sale or special offer. 

Why are products disappearing out of my shopping cart?

If you've added something to your shopping Cart, it will be reserved for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes it will be removed so other customers can buy it. . Added items to your Cart are not only reserved for you and are available for other people to buy so make sure you act fast if there’s something you really want. Items will not be reserved from stock until you have paid for them. If an item goes out of stock it will be shown as 'item is currently unavailable'.

How can I make changes to the details on my account?

You can change your details at any time using ‘My Account’ which is in the top right hand corner of the page. Once you’re logged in you can change your Password, Email Address, Delivery Address...

Why is the website product code different to my delivery note?

Don’t worry, the product code on your delivery note is the one you need to use if you are querying or returning something. It’s unique to the size and color combination of your item. This may vary...

I'd like to close my account, how do I do this?

We're sorry to see you go - remember, your account is free and enables you to shop easily without having to enter your details each time. Also, your accounts allow you to receive all the latest information on Events, Sales and Offers ..In order to close your account please email [email protected] and provide us with your account name or email address, we will then close your account and advise when it is done.

Will Damas Express works on both desktops and mobile device?

Yes, Our desktop site should automatically load up on desktops and tablet devices when visiting www.damasexpress.com . If you’re seeing our desktop site on your mobile device, then clearing your browser’s cache and reload website again. As an online business our prices change in response to buying trends, stock, promotions and demand from customers. This does mean an item can change in price after you've purchased it.

Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?

As we're an exclusively online retailer we sell directly to the public - we therefore don't offer wholesale.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order after it is submitted, please Contact Us immediately with quoting your order number. If we have not already shipped the items or provided the service, the order can be cancelled. Where refund is to be given for cancelled orders, you will be refunded the payment you made less any credit card commission charged on that payment. Refunds will be credit to your credit card if you have paid by credit card.

If an item is missing accessories such as earphones or a cable

First, check the details in the product description again on Damasexpress.com to make sure it is supposed to have what you think it should.

How to place an online order?

Placing an online order is easy as following steps.

  • Browse our wide array of products or search for a particular product via our search bar.
  • Click on quick view or simply click 'Add to cart' to purchase, or click read more to find detailed information of the product.
  • If you click to 'Add to cart' it will then be automatically placed in your shopping cart at the top right-hand corner of the screen or proceed to purchase by clicking 'checkout'.
  • By clicking the 'checkout' button you’ll be taken to your shopping cart and shown a listing of the items you wish to purchase.
  • It's now time to select Billing address, Shipping Address and preferred delivery method. You can choose to pick up your products in store by clicking 'in store pickup'. Or you can have them delivered to your home or office by clicking 'free delivery'. If you chose to have the items delivered to your home or office, you’ll be asked to fill in your address and delivery instructions.
  • Next you'll need to select your choice of payment methods (BML gateway, Bank Transfer or Direct Payment)
  • Once you’ve complete the payment process, click next to 'review Order'.
  • Then proceed by clicking 'Place Order'.
  • Here on you will redirected to either BML payment gateway or provided with the option to upload bank transfer details or order will be placed if a direct payment.
  • Finally you'll find a full details of your order with the total.
  • An email confirmation will then be sent to your nominated email address also you can view the order status from My Account tab > My Orders

Why can’t I log in?

If you are getting a message that your log in information is incorrect, resetting your password is a quick way to access your account.

Click the forget password, enter your email address and phone Number, we will sent a link to your inbox to reset your password within a few minutes.

How do I set up My Account?

Setting up an Account is easy and only takes a couple of minutes. Simply click the ‘Sign Up’ button in the top right-hand corner of the screen and proceed to fill out a few quick questions.

Do I have to click 'Place Order' Button at last step?

Yes, that is the last step of Checkout process.

  • Please ensure you review Personal, shipping / Delivery, and order information are accurate, and then click the Place Order button.
  • After you place your order, we'll take you to a Thank You page that contains a summary of your order, including your Order Reference Number. 
  • We'll also send you an Order Acknowledgment email once your order is received. 
  • You'll receive a call from Customer Care team to confirm your order.

How do I sign out of the Damas Express?

Simply quitting your browser application completely will log you out of the Damas Express. Unlike many eCommerce websites, the Damas Express Online Store does not keep customers signed in once the browser is closed.

What if i want picked up the item from store?

If you buy online and select pickup from store at checkout process, You or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. The person who receive the item must bring government-issued photo ID and order referance number will be required for pickup. 

Damas Express will notify you when your order is ready and the date/time by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. 

If you designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party.  The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. 

Damas Express will not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.
