What happens if I am not satisfied, would like to return the product bought on Damas Express?

We do our best to make sure that you love the purchase made on Damas Express. Please contact our customer support team between 9am and 5pm or please refer to Return Policy.


What do I need to do, If the goods are received is incorrect, significantly different from the product description?

No problem! If the goods are received is incorrect, significantly different from the product description. please return them without removing the cellophane wrapper or do not open the package. 

  • A: Return it and get a full refund, or 
  • B: Get a exchange with another item at same price. 
  • C: We cannot offer a refund or a return on an item without original packaging.
Note: Please make sure you do not open the original packaging, including outer wrapping. If the product received is damaged then bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice the damage later, So you can return the item to us within 24 hours of receiving your order, We will replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. please refer to Return Policy.

How to replace or return defective / faulty goods?

We accept defective returns against defects / faulty in materials and workmanship. Any goods return will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of use or is not in the condition in which it was received. If you received defective items, you can choose whether you want the goods to be return, repaired, replaced and refund.
