How do I create an account for shopping?

Creating a user account is easier. Click here to sign up and you’ll have the options of creating your account using your email address.



What is My Account?

My Account grants you the access to Damasexpress services.

  • Dashboard:- My account dashboard is a snapshot of your recent account activity and updates of your account information.
  • My profile:-You have access to your personal information, where you can edit your personal and contact information. 
  • My orders:-  It is a place for you to track and trace your order(s) details, where you can find the current status of the orders you placed.
  • My wishlist:- It is a handy Wishlist for saving your favorite products list that you would like to buy later. You will get special offers alerts/notifications on your wishlist products.
  • My shipping address:- This tab allows you to add and set your default billing and shipping address.
  • Change password: where you can change your old password with a new password.

How to purchase or make an order?

To purchase an item you have to click on the Add to cart icon displayed on the product(s) that you want. The item(s) will then be added to your cart basket. You can view your shopping cart to pay for the items.

The items added to your Cart basket are not only reserved for you and are available for other people to buy, so make sure you act fast if there’s something you really want.

Shopping cart items will not be reserved from the stock until you have paid for them. If an item goes out of stock it will be shown as 'item is currently unavailable'.



How do I get more information about the product before I place my order?

To view product information you have to click on the picture or the Add to cart icons displayed on the product(s) that you want. Here you can see product selling price, description, features, shipping and delivery information. If you would like to get more information, please use our customer service live chat or leave feedback. We will make our best effort to ensure accuracy of the information and also to provide maximum product information to customers before placing order.

Will Damas Express provide free assembly at my doorstep for the furniture ordered?

Yes, we will provide it for free, if it requires carpenter assistance for assembly. However, any item which requires wall mounting, we may not be able to provide carpenter assistance. Free assembly is available on selected products. Please refer item descriptions and delivery information before placing the order.

What is mean by ‘Wishlist’ and how do I use it?

While you are browsing through the Damas Express, you can add items to your 'Wishlist’ that you would like to buy later. Your ‘Wishlist’ is the best way to get to the items of your choice without searching for it again. If you have added favorite items to your wishlist, you will also receive notifications / alerts, when listed product is on sale or special offer. To alert you on promotional offers we may communicate you on emails, SMS or such as mobile apps notifications.

Please do remember that items in your Wishlists are not reserved or added to a cart. Wishlist is simply a list of your favorite items that you may want to buy in future.  No Items will be reserved from stock until you have paid for them. If an item goes out of stock it will be shown as 'item is currently unavailable'.

How to track or trace my orders?

  1. Log In to My Account.
  2. Click to 'My Orders' section under the 'My Account' tab at the top of the page.
  3. My Orders tab allows you to view details of each orders with up-to-date status.
  4. The following are the possible status that will appear.
    • We've Received your Order: - Thank you for your purchase. We've received your order and your order begins processing immediately after you click “Place order”. We verify your billing and shipping information. If you need to change or cancel your order, please inform us before beginning next process. - usually next process begins within few minutes.
    • Pending for Verification:  Due to technical issues at bank end, the payment receipt may not reach us immediately. In such a case, your order is shown as 'pending for verification'. 
    • Order Cancelled : Your order has been cancelled. We invite you to place a new order at the Damas Express or call our sales support for more information about placing online orders.
    • Order Confirmed: The payment made by you has gone through and your order is now confirmed. 
    • Processing Item:   In-stock items process immediately after confirming of the order, so that the order requests send to logistics team for delivery. 
    • Preparing for Shipment: This status may appear only for pre-order items for sale that they are due to return to our stock. Pre-order items usually shipped from abroad to Damas Express store and we'll notify you by email when it is shipped. Please refer shipping information before placing pre-order items. Unfortunately, at this point, we will not able to change or cancel your order. If you need more information, please contact our customer care team.
    • Shipping to Store: Items are moving from general warehouse to Damas Express physical store.(Items requested to picked up from physical store)
    • Ready for Pickup: Your Order is ready to pickup from Damas Express physical store.
    • In Transit / Delivery: Your package is on route to the final destination, time can be vary on the delivery process. Delivery Service within Male City will normally be quicker than deliveries to Hulhumale’ depending on the size of the package.
    • Picked Up:  You have received Item and your online order is now completed. 
    • Delivered: Your order has been delivered. If you haven't received your order yet, please contact our customer care team.
    • Order Complete: All the items in your order have been fulfilled. Thank you for your purchase.
    • Returned to Origin (RTO): Your item has been returned to our warehouse. RTO (returned to origin) under the following circumstances:
      • Delivery was attempted more than once but it could not be delivered due to either wrong address or no one being present at the given address.
      • The address could not be found because either it was incomplete.
      • You or someone at your delivery address refused to accept the order.
      • Under these circumstances, our customer support team would try to contact you on your registered phone number. If there is no response on that number or it is not reachable, then the package is returned to origin (RTO).

    • Items Returned: If the goods are received is incorrect, damaged or significantly different from the product description / specification.
    • Processing Refund: We are processing the refund requested by you. Usually, it takes 7 to 14 days for the refund to reflect on your card or in your bank account.
    • Order Refunded: Refund Completed.

What is meant by pre-order and how it works?

Damas Express offers pre-order for some popular items for sale before they are available in stores or before release to the market. We are committed to finding the item from the best sources and delivering it to your doorstep. Customers have to place orders for these items in the same way as anything else on our website. The estimated dispatch date will be shown in the product details. Please refer to Policies and Procedures for more information.

Why are some items out of stock and showing 'item is currently unavailable'?

We strive to maintain availability of all items listed in our catalog. However, due to the success of a particular item or supply delays, it is possible that an item can be temporarily out of stock and shows  'item is currently unavailable'. In such situation, if we can not deliver your item on your expected time period, we will refund your payment. Most of the time, our warehouse co-workers / logistics team updates item inventory and provide delivery information to web portal.

How to get an online quotation?

Click the cart icon displayed on the product(s) that you want and then checkout the shopping cart by clicking Print a Quotation.

The Online quotations goods are not reserved from the stock until you have paid for them and are available for other people to buy.
